[Identifying fake] Question on past models

Please take a look at this ebay product:

The name on it does not specify whether it is the Plus (6") or the City (8") model. In that case, I thought one should assume it is the older model that did not have two versions. While I thought older versions came only with 6" wheels, the seller said his wheels are 8" diameter. Is that possible?

According to the photos from the e-bay auction, it is definitely a fake A-bike with 8" wheels.
