When your pc running slow, the first thing you should do is look at your start-up programs. If too many programs start up at boot, they'll consume your RAM and CPU right away. You should open up Task Manager and disable any unnecessary background processes, as I recommend. Also, deleting temporary files and keeping your operating system up-to-date can offer a significant improvement. If this doesn't resolve the problem, find out whether your drive is almost full (insufficient space can slow your drive down a lot).
