Our Japanese member, Leonarhodo analyzed the crank-box of A-bike.
His purpose was to find the source of the Noise from crank-box.

This is the result that he found out.
If you hear a crazy noise from the crank-box then don't open that!! Just tighten the nozzle(valve) cap of the rear tyre!!"

As I also struggled with comlex procedure to set the box back into the original state,
I totally agree on your advice above.
However, cases are different one by one and you cannot generalize the following, I think. It is still one of good points to check up though.

In fact, he also found out that a loose chain after some use makes a noise inside the box when it touches at the bottom of the box. Then he replaced the chain with more expensive one to get smoother rotation.
Hope this makes up for Babelfish.

My A-Bike has a difficult rotation not smoother as shows in the Leonarhodo Video! i think that my A-Bike chain touches the crank-box and prevent my A-Bike chain to rotate smoother and normally!
In fact i face a difficulty when i cycles using my A-Bike, takes me to make hard effort to keep it rotate otherwise my A-Bike will stop!!!

I was removed the breaks and still have that problem, Any suggestions how to fix hard rotation and get Normal and smooth rotation? Do i have to change old chain with new one?
I think that i should open up my A-Bike crank-box to fix it. So if i found the chain touches the crank-box then what i have to do to prevent that touch?

Any Help!?

I don't think so.
The contact between the chain and the box is impossible.
I'm gathering all failure information through SNS and have analyzed 5 A-bikes in Korea. But your case is the new one.

Probably, the freewheel is out of order and must be changed.
Couldn't you use A/S?
