gecko anyone tried one?

seeing as my a-bike is in the 'bike hospital' currently i've been looking at alternatives available in the uk that don't cost a fortune [arm + leg]

it's seems to fold down small enough so that bus drivers will allow it on
the bus [unlike the strida which looks HUGE when folded]

anyhow...depending on if i can get the a-bike up n running again i still might have a back up fold up cycle as it's for commuting to work and i don't want to walk the 2 miles from the bus depot to work and then 2 miles back everyday

Very handy low price compared to CarryMe. But it is something about CarryMe that I like though. At first I didn't like the look of it at all but the more I read about it the more I got interested to try it out.
But nobody sells it where I live in Sweden Northern Europe.

I fancy another unusual bike too. The CarryBike. Seems to only sell in Japan. Their homepage has no English version so they seems to not expect we foreigners want to buy it.

Expensive compared to a Gecko. If I remember Carrybike costs 38.000 yen in Japan plus shipment I guess.

Gecko seems to be one of the biggest folded bikes I have seen?
But the cost, the price to buy it is rather low? So some put up with
how big it is when folded.

If you have a car then it is ok that it is rather big when folded.
But if you have to travel in totally packed buses or trains
then one need something like strida that could be placed over
the heads of people or like a-bike in small rugsack or bag
between your feet. Carryme bike is good at such things too.
