I've just gotten one, and I'm having the hardest time riding it. I'm 5'2 and 120 lbs. The handlebar's just too wobbly for me, and it seems like my pedalling couldn't catch up. Anything I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

First of all, make sure the tyres have been inflated up to 90psi. Tyre pressure does affect the performance of a tiny-wheel bike very much.

Many A-bikers have extended the handlebars to improve the stability. Please refer to the following post to get more information about this.
