Need help getting a part for the drive hub

Today was riding it and the pedals just started rotating with no drive.
when I took the crack casing off the crank hub was unscrewed and fallen apart and this had slightly bent the spring holding the tiny rachet teeth for the free wheeling of the pedals.
One of the teeth had escaped and I am in need of a spring and teeth or a crank hub will take pics later.
Also where can I buy a top bracket from frame to seat post it's splitting.
Rang A-bike support they won't sell me parts as its not a genuine bike:(
