Cracks on rear tube

Will the bike still be ridable even with cracks on rear tube? I am kinda scared of riding the bike now.

Normally, only one crack will appear on the rear tube. If you continue to ride the bike when the crack appears, the crack will become bigger and bigger. So don't ride the bike anymore until you have put a stainless steel hose clip around the rear tube.
