Is moving to cloud solutions harder than it sounds?

Our team is thinking about moving our business systems to the cloud, but everyone has different opinions about the process. During my research, I came across Inovio Soft, though I'm not looking for company recommendations. I'd really like to hear honest advice from people who have already made the switch. What problems did you face during migration, and what would you do differently if you had to start over?
