After reading Garry's latest post regarding the BBC's article on commuter bikes, it sparked me to ask this question of A-bike riders:

What are the best/funniest/craziest comments you have received or overheard from strangers in regards to your A-bike?

This to me is one of the most fun aspects of riding the A-bike; people are always saying goofy things to me. My favourite is a conversation I overheard between a child and a parent:

child pointing at A-bike: "Mommy, what is that?"
parent: "Surveying equipment. That man must be a project surveyor."
