Parts replacement on my A-bike

I found a crack on the rear tube of my bike. I really don't know how to replace this tube and where to find this parts. Can you help me on this? I really love this bike. Thanks

Those are really old posts, but attempting in case I get lucky
I have the same issue as described above: the Upper Steering Joint Pivot Fixture of my A-bike broke. (same as picture in this thread)
I cannot find the spare part anywhere: neither local resellers, nor internet vendors.
Can some one guide me?
Any reseller in Europe, or elsewhere ready to ship the spare part?
