Here's a page where someone has disassembled an A-Bike, with photos and a video of gearing, photos of brake cable routing, etc.

Here's the site where I found two of the above links, there's probably some more interesting stuff here.

Welcome to A-Bike Central, and thank you for all the very useful links! Perhaps you, or someone else would be interested in running a news blog on this site?

Garry-

I'm a 51 year old guy in Ohio, USA, and despite the fact that I have no real need for one, I've just ordered an A-Bike. (If I ride it some, perhaps that will atone for my 550hp road car!)

Interestingly, they say it will ship in 7 days- perhaps they are a bit backlogged with orders? I'm looking forward to trying it out, and planning to probably replace the saddle, and maybe even investigate trying to add a 2- speed tranny (don't hold your breath for that one!).

I think the A-Bike is an astounding device, and I will certainly continue to look for new info and post it when I find it. I suspect with the number of users on the site so far, you don't really need to add more places on the site for users to look for (or post) information- I'd just let the "General Discussion" forum be the place to go!

Thanks for setting the site up!

FYI, you've (probably mistakenly) set up the "news and announcements" forum so only moderators can even VIEW it.
